Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) has just filed the Gas-Operated Semi-Automatic Firearms Exclusion (GOSAFE) Act, a gun control bill so draconian it dwarfs any AR-15 ban.

This isn’t just about “assault weapons”; it’s a total power grab as it prevents the sale of virtually all semi-automatic rifles, shotguns, and AR-pistols.

The end game of this is simple: a disarmed American people!

We must act now to stop this unconstitutional nightmare. Sign our petition to crush the GOSAFE Act!

• Bans almost all gas-operated firearms; all we would have left would be older hunting rifles and antiques!
• Makes it a crime to buy a ‘high-capacity magazine;’ any mag that holds over 10 rounds is off limits under this bill!
• Creates a list of specifically banned firearms; once this list is in place, it will be expanded again and again!
• Prohibits transferring these firearms; unless your kids want these firearms, any of these guns you have will die with you!
• Criminalized DIY Build; the days of gun owners making firearms in their home would be over if this bill passes!
• Bars gun manufacturers from introducing new firearms to the market; the ATF would have to approve all new designs first!

With Republicans’ slim Congressional edge, Kelly’s banking on the next mass shooting (likely in a ‘Gun Free Zone’ and carried out by a felon) to give him the votes he needs.

If that happens, he might get it!

The 2026 midterms loom, the weaker Republicans are getting scared, and Democrats are plotting to shift the tides.

We can’t let them succeed!
