We’ve always known the ATF is tyrannical, unconstitutional and hell-bent on destroying our Second Amendment rights.
But it’s even worse than any of us could have imagined.
Just this week, it’s been revealed that the ATF is maintaining a database of 920,664,765 firearms purchase records, including 54 million from last year.
Over the weekend we discovered that Biden’s ATF published their new executive orders on the federal registry that will bypass Congress and make criminals out of tens of millions of American gun owners.
ENOUGH . . . it’s long past time to ELIMINATE THE ATF!
And that’s exactly what the American Firearms Association is doing – going on offense.
Recently, we hired our new Executive Vice-President Patrick Parsons, who served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (MTG).
In June of last year, MTG introduced the ELIMINATE THE ATF ACT (H.R. 3960), along with cosponsors Congressmen Matt Gaetz (FL), Paul Gosar (AZ) and Ralph Norman (SC).
NOW is the time to DEMAND your Congressman cosponsor this legislation and begin to build momentum for when it looks like Republicans will take control of Congress.

With Biden and anti-gun Democrats in control of all levels of government, it’s likely that things are going to get much worse before they get better.
In 2023, there will be no more excuses.
Republicans must go on OFFENSE to ELIMINATE THE ATF, get rid of the agency, defund it, take away its powers, and then make sure no other bureaucracy tries to pick up the pieces.
