It was a jaw-dropping gut-punch on election night that I’ll never forget.
The radical left, funded by over $100,000,000 of Michael Bloomberg’s money and being aided and abetted by the FAKE NEWS media elites, were always going to do whatever it took to try to topple President Trump on Nov 3rd.
While I write this, the outcome of this election is not perfectly clear, but it certainly appears likely that Joe Biden will be in the White House come January.
This was a hatchet job at the highest levels of power, and was aided by four years of politically motivated investigations into President Trump and a non-stop media war from the FAKE NEWS elites, who have been trying to derail him since the day he was sworn into office.
And while it’s possible that the U.S. Supreme Court may get involved, the fact is that gun owners like you and me need to get ready for a fight over the Second Amendment the likes of which this country has never seen!
And this won’t be like the gun control battles we won under President Obama. Being led by pure America-hating leftists in Congress like Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY,) you can expect to see an all-out assault against every aspect of our right to keep and bear arms.
Thanks to the support of AFA members like you, we were able to run hard-hitting radio, TV, and digital ads exposing the gun control agenda of U.S. Senate candidates in key states like Iowa, Montana, Michigan and Alabama!
And while gun-grabbing Senator Gary Peters won re-election in Michigan, anti-gun Senate candidates were soundly defeated in Iowa and Montana, and Senator Jones was thrown out of office in Alabama!
And while the two Senate races in Georgia are headed to a run-off early next year, it seems very likely that the United States Senate will not fall into Chuck Schumer’s hands.
If it had, the fight for our gun rights would be all but lost. So for gun owners, the United States Senate is where we need to make our stand and hold the line for freedom!
But it’s going to be a major fight, as multiple Senate Republicans like Lindsay Graham, Marco Rubio, Rob Portman and Josh Hawley have already expressed their support for ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation.
Of course, under Biden’s administration, that’s just the beginning of what gun owners will be facing as Nancy Pelosi is expected to take immediate action on:
>>> Legislation that would ban the AR-15 and hundreds of similar rifles, along with all magazines that hold over ten rounds.
Just like the musket in the 1700’s, the AR-15 has become the symbol of American defiance to tyranny. That’s why there are over 20 million of them in circulation, as there is no better tool to use in stopping criminals or tyrants. Biden and Pelosi would make it a felony for Americans to buy one!

The radical left has always wanted a list of gun owners in America. They need it for their eventual push for gun confiscation. And mandatory background checks are the way they are going to build this list. If this passes into law, all firearm transfers would need to be approved by the government or you would face felony charges!

Can you imagine having to wait for three, seven, or even fourteen days to buy a gun, while Antifa thugs rioted and burned their way across America this Spring? That’s what this legislation would do — jeopardize your safety, while benefitting armed criminals who will ignore this law!
If passed into law, these pieces of legislation would deal a tremendous blow to our Second Amendment rights. But if you and I stand together, we can defeat these bills!
You see, in addition to likely hanging onto the Senate, pro-gun candidates made tremendous gains in the House of Representatives — leaving Nancy Pelosi with the smallest majority in the House in 100 years!
In fact, House Democrats are already warning Nancy Pelosi not to push ‘too hard’ for radical gun control, concerned that it may well cost them control of the House in 2022.
This means that if gun owners can FLOOD the United States Congress with calls and emails in opposition to these bills, we have a strong chance to shutting the Biden/Pelosi gun control agenda down hard!
But that’s not all we’ll be focused on in 2021.
Most times, the best defense is a strong offense. And that’s why the American Firearms Association will be working with Congresswoman-Elect Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) to introduce a national Stand-Your-Ground law!
Stand-Your-Ground law allows gun owners to defend themselves against violent criminals using justifiable force any place they are lawfully allowed to be — without having to retreat or face spurious criminal and civil charges.
In close to fifteen states, gun owners are required to retreat before they can defend themselves, or risk going to jail.
This gives the upper hands to ANTIFA thugs (not to mention career criminals) because they know that in states without Stand-Your-Ground law, the law actually protects them!
Of course, in addition to providing important legal protections for gun owners, this legislation would ensure that you could not be bankrupted in civil court following a justifiable shooting, either.
That’s because the bill will specify that unless you were convicted in court of a criminal offense, you would be immune from all civil charges!
Afterall, it’s a small comfort to survive a criminal attack only to spend the next three years going through a civil court battle where even if you win, you’ll spend hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Politically, there’s never been a better time for you and me to push for this absolutely critical, lifesaving legislation.
You see, either we pass this legislation, or the gun-grabbers in Washington, D.C. kill it and we get to expose their vulnerable members during the 2022 elections!
Either way, gun owners win.
But everything we will be facing in 2021 — from holding the line against Biden’s gun control agenda to fighting to advance Stand-Your-Ground law — is going to be a battle!
I know that’s asking a lot, but we are entering into a very dark time in our fight to defend the Second Amendment. And our children and grandchildren are counting on you and me to stand and fight for their freedoms — just like our forefathers did for us!
