Governor Bill Lee has called an August 21st special session of the Tennessee General Assembly to pass Joe Biden’s “Red Flag Gun Confiscation” law, and we must work fast to stop them!
But I have to tell you, the gun-grabbers in Nashville are licking their chops in anticipation.
The Radical Left is convinced this is their chance to finally pass gun a massive gun-control bill in Tennessee, and unless gun owners like you and me stand up and fight back — they just might get their way!
There’s no denying that in the wake of the Nashville shooting that saw a transgender woman brutally murder three kids and three adults at a Christian school, the Radical Left and the gun control lobby have the wind at their back.
Already, Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally and dozens of legislators are on board with the “Red Flag” confiscation proposal, demanding that it be passed during the August “special session” that Governor Lee has officially summoned.
And with the Fake News, Bloomberg’s “Moms Demand Action,” Planned Parenthood and every left-wing Democrat advocacy group you can think of lining up to pass this bill – our backs are against the wall!
As you’ll see, this petition insists that your State Representative and Senator vote “NO!” on the Biden-Lee Red Flag gun control agenda.
Without your action, I’m afraid we could be staring straight at a gun control DISASTER.
You see, if a Democrat Governor was attacking our right to keep and bear arms, every Republican in Nashville would stand up and oppose him and this fight would be over. But this attack isn’t coming from the left. It’s coming from ‘our side.’
And that means we need to fight TWICE AS HARD, as every RINO in the state is lining up to support this gun grab.
But make no mistake, this isn’t about stopping violence.
If that was their goal, lawmakers would outlaw psychotropic drugs for school kids, put God back into the schools and pass more pro-gun laws like the Second Amendment Preservation Act!
No, this attack on our Second Amendment freedoms is about anti-gun lawmakers in both parties using the Nashville shooting as cover to try to slam a radical gun control agenda into law.
Let me explain exactly what a “Red Flag Gun Confiscation” law does.
You see, one of America’s greatest founding principles is that we are ‘innocent until proven guilty’ in a court of law.
Red Flag laws destroy that principle by giving liberal judges the power to declare you guilty based on the ‘evidence’ of personal enemies before you’ve been charged with any crime – stripping you of your firearms and forcing you to prove your innocence later!
Your 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendment rights? Gone.
Under Bill Lee’s proposal, virtually ANYONE will be able to petition a court to have your firearms taken away from you without you ever being charged, tried or convicted of a crime.
The complaints can come from an insane ex, a crazy brother-in-law who lives a thousand miles away, or just your neighborhood “Moms Demand Action” nutjob who hates the Let’ Go Brandon or FJB decal on the back of your vehicle!
As anyone who has been through divorce court or child custody battles can tell you, some of the “judges” that will be deciding whether or not you get to keep your “right” to Bear Arms are really just liberal activists dressed in black robes.
Of course, Bill Lee claims his Red Flag law will ensure ‘due process’ is protected when they pass this legislation — but that’s simply absurd.
ANY proposal that strips away your firearms and then forces you, at great legal expense, to try to prove that you were not going to commit a crime destroys due process rights.
How well has it worked for the states that already passed it like California and New York? Take a look at Chicago.
But there is another danger we need to be aware of if Tennessee passes Bill Lee and Joe Biden’s Red Flag law: the effect it would have on the rest of America.
The Left is hellbent to make passing Red Flags in Tennessee an example of how it can be done in other Republican states.
That is madness, and we need to STOP IT.
If you are like me, when I first saw Governor Lee go on the fake news television and demand the General Assembly pass the Left’s gun-control, it made my blood boil.
This legislation isn’t going to stop a single criminal, but that is not what Governor Lee is trying to do.
Like all gun-control, Lee’s gun-control has one objective: to disarm the law-abiding gun owners that follow the law.
That’s why I’m counting on your IMMEDIATE action.
First, please sign the petition to your State Representative and Senator demanding they vote NO.

I know that’s a lot. But this is an EMERGENCY.

With Governor Lee willing to say anything to get this bill passed, the FAKE NEWS giving him all the airtime he needs and legislative moderates in Nashville already lining up to back this legislation, stopping this bill will be up to you and me!
What I know for sure is that if Tennessee’s Second Amendment supporters don’t spring into action, I’m afraid we’ll be steamrolled by this anti-gun onslaught, just like gun owners were in Indiana or Florida after the Parkland shooting in 2018.
