We’ve just recently had another round of legal strategy talks with our attorneys and are getting close to challenging the ATF’s unconstitutional, bureaucratic, and tyrannical gun control nightmares implemented through Joe Biden’s executive orders.
We’re going to sue the hell out of Biden and his gun grabbing handlers!
As you know, these lawsuits are VERY expensive, most costing north of $100,000.
The first round of Joe Biden’s gun control executive orders went into effect just recently, and AFA is gearing up for a MASSIVE LEGAL BATTLE with Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ/ATF!
1. Biden’s first Executive Order makes it a felony to have a pistol brace attached to a firearm, making felons out of the 10-40 million Americans who already own these devices!
2. Biden’s second Executive Order makes it a felony for a gunsmith to work on your homemade (80% lower style) firearm without attaching a serial number to it and notifying the NICS system — the first step toward outlawing them all together.
3. Biden’s third Executive Order would redefine what a firearm receiver is and would mandate that a serial number be added to upper receivers for ALL future sales, allowing Biden to track them like he does lower receivers.
This is the tyrannical government our forefathers warned us about. Not one of these orders was ever voted on by a member of Congress. This is gun control via fiat, pure and simple, designed to let Biden’s ATF attack law abiding gun owners!
But before I can turn our lawyers loose, I need to know that AFA’s legal defense fund can cover the costs. That’s why I am writing you today, to ask you to consider an immediate donation to help us sue Joe Biden.
While it’s impossible for me to know the exact amount that we will ultimately need for this fight, our team expects that we’ll need between $75,000 to $100,000 depending upon the number of briefs we’ll file!
AFA prefers to fight for freedom using grassroots pressure in state legislatures and in the United States Congress. But we can’t use those tactics here. We must take the fight into court.
And we need to hurry.
But this will be one hell of a fight. Our lawyers are ready to go, but our legal defense fund is not.
